Public bug reported:

Hi, I am having an Acer Aspire 4755. Initially I had windows7. I tried
to install Ubuntu 12.04. Removed Windows and installed Ubuntu. It was
working fine. But when I tried to install windows 7 back again, I think
I screwed up its grub file. Now Windows Starter CD hangs at boot when I
try to install Windows, and When I try to install Ubuntu back again so
that I can format and remove grub, I get this error: "Panic occurred,
switching back to text console " . I even try to check with Supergrub to
correct the grub file. It doesn't work. When I boot using live CD or USB
i get that error message. Or as usual grub error when just start the
system. How to get my Windows 7 up and running.. is their any
possibility to remove the Grub completely and get back Windows
bootloader. And I am not getting the command prompt option to do
anything as such. When I tred Ctrl+alt+f1 I get this :

boot:

kindly help how to fix this quick
