Confirmed on ATI Radeon Mobility M6 LY. Wobbly windows is disabled, happens even with metacity disabled (except Firefox, which curiously works), and 'gnome-windows-decorator' doesn't exist. Sorry for mistakes, i didn't saw the keyboard:) Im using ubuntu repos. Even after installing gnome-compiz-manager and turned off "use metacity theme" the maximized windows are losing focus when trying to click everywere on the window title bar. I found only 2 ways to unmaximize: 1. move window with ALT, 2. change desktops, and turn back. The first method is also unmaximizing the moved window. The second - only restoring the avability to use window title bar. After umaximize in the second method the windows title bar is not responding again. I can confirm this bug. Using feisty with all updates, wobbly plugin disabled. Only using compiz, not beryl. Problem occurs for me with (at least) Firefox, Nautilus, Gedit and Evolution. I do not have a .emerald file in my home directory, and it applies to more than just the bottom window for me. I am also experiencing this problem. Alas, I can confirm this kind of behaviour with EVERY type of window. Feisty with latest updates, Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT. Upon further investigation, this problem seems to only happen with Firefox or Nautilus, which just so happen to be the two programs I use the most.
