[Bug 1049986] [NEW] Openstack dashboard's Ubuntu theme needs to be re-enabled and refreshed.
Public bug reported: During the Folsom dev cycle, the patches to Horizon that enabled the Ubuntu theme were disabled. Now that its Folsom is hitting RC1, the theme should be re-enabled and refreshed against the current dashboard.
