Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to openvpn using nm-applet.
2. Suspend your computer by closing the lid
3. Unsuspend your computer and log back in
4. See that the openvpn "lock" icon is still there - even if the VPN is not 
connected
5. Connect to the VPN again.
6. See the openvpn "lock" icon does not disengage, and the only indication that 
the VPN is reconnecting is flashing wireless majiggy.

What should be happening:
The openvpn 'lock' icon should not be showing after a suspend - the VPN is 
disconnected. Otherwise, just make the VPN connect again, while showing the 
connecting animation.
