There are probably no encoding profiles in Gstreamer yet. Most applications
use hard coded values.

Hello,
Our application uses libgnome-media-profiles-dev to get audio-profiles
from GConf-registry.
We see these values in gconf-editor:
system - gstreamer - 0.10 - audio - profiles.
We are now moving to GTK3 and Gstreamer 1.0.
Libgnome-media-profiles library fails when ran with Gstreamer 1.0.
It obvious tries to create gstreamer 1.0 pipelines from Gstreamer 0.10
profiles!
And prints:
(audio-recorder:8810): GStreamer-WARNING **: 0.10-style raw audio caps
are being created. Should be audio/x-raw,format=(string).. now.

In Gstreamer 1.0, we need to replace audio/x-raw-int and
audio/x-raw-float with audio/x-raw !

Anyway, where does GNOME-media put profile-strings for Gstreamer 1.0?
We cannot find them neither in Gconf or Dconf.
