Public bug reported:

Indicator-weather doesn't fetch the weather-data. If a location was
formerly defined, then the old data is shown. If a new location is
added, then the data of the other location is shown. When one presses
"forecast", a pop-up with "Forecast information cannot be fetched.
Connection cannot be established". It is clear that even the current
weather-information can't be fetched.
