Hi, I see that the bug is resolved in kde-runtime c4:4.9.80-0ubuntu1 but in Kubuntu 12.10 64bit with updates and backports repositories enabled the las version I have is 4:4.9.4-0ubuntu0.1 (quantal-updates). I don't really understand the problem. The separate tool was replaced with a more intuitive way of configuring the language, which is by using the existing languages tab, which now lists all available languages and install them on-demand. I did as Sam Rog told, and I used this workaround: I went to the Muon Package Manager and installed the package kde-l10n-es.
