Public bug reported:

After resuming an hibernation, my wifi adapter doesn't show up anymore
when I type "ifconfig". Thus, no wifi connection. I'm using an Intel
3945ABG wifi adapter on an ASUS A7J laptop. The ipw3945 module is
loaded. If I unload and reload the module, "dmesg" says:

[30242.124000] ipw3945: Radio Frequency Kill Switch is On:
[30242.124000] Kill switch must be turned off for wireless networking to work.

The "kill switch" is however "on", and, actually, if I reboot my laptop,
I work flawlessly again.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
