Looking at WifiSyslog.txt I see NetworkManager connecting several times, but only once, the first time, does it print "writing resolv.conf to /sbin/resolvconf". I suggest you purge and reinstall resolvconf. Make sure /etc/resolv.conf is a symbolic link to "../run/resolvconf/resolv.conf". Then reboot.
