Used Version: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS

Im not sure of the package that causes it. Could be Network-Manager or
Kernel.

What happens:
The WLAN connection on my X201 is very unstable as soon as the signal is 
anything else than totally strong. Usually it can connect right after a reboot; 
once the connection broke, it is nearly impossible to be reconnected. The 
normal cable-Lan-Port is not affected by disconnection problems. 

What should happen:
Stable WLAN-connection.
