When the resolution is changed (using xrandr), the size of the
background image in openbox is not updated.
To update this size, I have to go to the background image modification
and change the image justification (twice, 1 to change it, a second one
to come back to my previous selection and have the rigth dimension).
Before the upgrade to lubuntu 12.10, this did not happen: the size of
the background image in openbox was updated when the resolution was
changed.
