I am using Thunar 1.4.0-1ubuntu2.1 thunar-vcs-plugin 0.1.4-1build1. OK, I now installed subversion, cloned a repo and tried the add-menuitem and this is what I get (see screenshot). This window is the result of the SVN > Add menu item. I get the same thing with the revert menu item. The one on the screenshot resembles nothing I know, so it doesn't help me figure out what your problem is.
