sound card: Realtek ALC 662 rev 1

tired everything from internet.  uninstalled alsa-base and reinstalled
alsa-base.  Went to terminal and opened alsamixer and made sure it was
unmuted.  Then went to System Settings and Sound, made sure the right
card was selected and tested. No Sound.
