I'm also seeing this occur sporadically. I'm seeing a lot of these messages in dmesg in Lucid 64 bit (2.6.32-24-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Aug 20 14:21:58 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux), and am wondering if this has anything to do with some annoying behaviour I've been seeing lately. DaveAbrahams - Yes, running the live CD may reveal useful information. I see the same in my syslog and also my bluetooth mouse doesn't work.
