more details - the libnuma-dev package version is libnuma-
dev_0.9-1_amd64 from dapper/universe - if we want to support upgrades
from dapper to gutsy, this will break. (So will gutsy be an LTS
release?)

This is fine for the gutsy versions of both packages, I think the right
solution is to have the gutsy manpages-dev conflict with libnuma-dev <<
0.9.11-2.
