[Bug 113128] Re: mdadm (or possibly udev) cause a partition to disappear

2009-05-18 Thread Teej
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue
for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release (Jaunty)? Thanks in
advance.

[Bug 113128] Re: mdadm (or possibly udev) cause a partition to disappear

2007-05-07 Thread Matt Hoffman
I should also mention, that once feisty is installed I've attempted to
follow the advice from bug #103177 and add "/sbin/udevsettle --timeout
10" to /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/init-premount/udev, but that
does not appear to do anything.

Which seems to make sense if the error can be produced consistently by
booting the livecd and running mdadm.
