Public bug reported: CanDo is a plugin for SchoolTool <http://schooltool.org/> that helps a school manage what is often called outcome-based assessment, as opposed to assignment-based gradebook.
It is a new plugin developed for SchoolTool 2.3 (already in Ubuntu Raring). It is being used in production at Virginia Career and Technical Education Resource Center (http://cando.cteresource.org/).
