In 4.2.2-0ubuntu2, files libjulius-config and libsent-config were moved
to libjulius-dev, but the package dependencies were not modified to
avoid file conflicts so downgrading fails as follows:
$ sudo apt-get install julius=4.2.2-0ubuntu1 libjulius-dev=4.2.2-0ubuntu1
