A new maximized window wont respond on the title bar. None of the buttons or right click works. I can 'Unmaximize' using the window button on the xfce panel. After I do this and then i maximize the title bar responds. I can shade, close, minimize etc. Not sure how one would do this in UNITY (since i dont use it) but works for me in XFCE. Tried again today after a bunch of updates, now also Thunderbird shows the issue. It's true I moved the window buttons on the right, but it's the entire title bar not working and being transparent to mouse clicks. I can't drag it.
