Today I've made again a complete fresh install of Raring (using the daily build of 15.04.2013). Thank you for reporting the bug and helping make Ubuntu better. Does it work for you in LiveCD mode? What if you install the entire LibreOffice package? Please also check Language support (in Settings) and see if it asks you to install anything. Installing the entire LibreOffice package doesn't solve the problem. I've checked the Language Support and some packages had been installed before reporting the bug so that's not the problem, too. There's NO problem under the Live Media. I've noticed that the date cannot be displayed next to the time. It returns me Invalid UTF-8.
