I've placed a parallel-installable php-Smarty2 package, and rebuilds of
gallery2 RPMS that use it instead of php-Smarty. If these work for you,
I'll submit php-Smarty2 for review, and once approved, push it and

Hmm, won't let me adjust Importance. Based on the symptoms this should have High Importance.
