Public bug reported:
Error occurs when trying to connect to a wireless router. Dialog box
also says "(32) Not authorized to control networking". User has sudo
privileges (I'm the only user on this PC) so this is not a problem with
permissions.
I don't know what package this should be filed against. Error occurs
while testing 13.10 daily ISO (development release).
