Hi! I have the exact same problem with a Sony Vaio VGN-S4HP. The Volume Function keys on the notebook worked great in Feisty, but with Gutsy the on-screen-display shows the volume changing, but only the Headphone Volume changes, regardless of what is set as the Master Channel. I have tried configuring the shortcuts in the Configure Global Shortcuts dialogue, but the keys still only change the Headphone volume.
