do you mean 5.1/7.1 or you have 2.1 or 4.1 speakers ? It does not matter. As long as x.1 that is with subwoofer, it would happen. It is simple graphic interface issue. If you have x.1, choose x.1 then move subwoofer sliding volume controls or whole volume control.
