The reported problem was fixed in the latest release (1.2.5). The solution is not to use gnome-terminal for SHIFT+ENTER. Please set options|programs|terminal to: xterm -hold -e %s BTW, SHIFT+ENTER executes command in launched terminal and leaves it open allowing to see the output. Problem still remains in the current hardy version (1.2.5-1) but the error message There was an error creating the child process for this terminal does not appear. Problem still remains with Feisty Fawn (Gnome Commander 1.2.4).
