Public bug reported:

when the keyboard layout is changed by hitting "alt+shift", the text is 
finished as if you hit "enter".
If you try to change the keyboard layout while you are typing, for example, in 
the box of Firefox for adding a bookmark or in Rhythmbox (while you are typing 
the name of a new playlist), the program reacts (Firefox, Rhythmbox) as if 
"enter" is hit.
