Just FYI, running

sudo apt-get install python-opengl

tells me that it is already installed.

Exactly the same problem here:

$ sudo apt-get install python-opengl
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree   
Reading state information... Done
python-opengl is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.


$ python -c "from OpenGL import GL"
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "", line 1, in 
ImportError: No module named OpenGL

Sorry, figured it out a second later. It was caused by a wrong use of
virtualenv by the application here. Everything works just fine now.
