[Bug 1220983] Re: accounts-whyadd.page grammar fixes

2014-01-09 Thread KI7MT
Trusty, 14.04

I worked through the series files, 8 in total I think. Here's what I
ended up with on the particular file:

*
Adding your accounts brings a choice of services like calendar, chat, and
e-mail straight to your desktop, making services a seamless part of your
user experience. By adding accounts, you can keep in touch with services of
different accounts, like chats, at the same time. Just set your account once
and every time you start your computer all the accounts and services you've
added will be ready for you.
*

I'll be submitting the the files to lp as a merge proposal in the next
day or so.

2013-09-15 Thread Little Girl
An additional version to consider:

Adding accounts brings your choice of services, like calendar, chat, and
e-mail, straight to your desktop. It also makes their information a
seamless part of your user experience. By adding accounts, you can
easily keep in touch with different services, like chats, at the same
time. Just set your accounts once, and every time you start your
computer all your services are ready for you.

[Bug 1220983] Re: accounts-whyadd.page grammar fixes

2013-09-15 Thread John Kim
I like Little Girl's revision better than mine. However, as Doug once
said to me, we don't want to give too much work on the translation team.
It's a matter of them showing as much activity as we are right now.

I've added some of these commas. I left others out. I'll review it again
when I'm finished merging the remainder of the GNOME docs.
