Public bug reported: 1. Open dconf-editor. 2. Go to org.gnome.desktop.background 3. Click once on value of picture-options property to change it. 4. This is where I get my top-panel duplicated through whole screen. Upon clicking once again, everything comes back to normal, and the value is changed.
I am attaching a picture of what happens in step 4. Also, in terminal I see: (dconf-editor:6274): Gdk-WARNING **: Native Windows wider or taller than 65535 pixels are not supported ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 13.10 Package: dconf-editor 0.16.1-1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.11.0-5.10-generic 3.11.0 Uname: Linux 3.11.0-5-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.12.1-0ubuntu3 Architecture: amd64 Date: Thu Sep 5 18:27:47 2013 InstallationDate: Installed on 2012-10-06 (334 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal Quetzal" - Beta amd64 (20120926) MarkForUpload: True SourcePackage: d-conf UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to saucy on 2013-08-12 (24 days ago) ** Affects: d-conf (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug saucy ** Attachment added: "Photo of weird behavior" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1221328/+attachment/3804253/+files/20130905033.jpg -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1221328 Title: unable to change picture-options in org.gnome.desktop.background using dconf-editor To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/d-conf/+bug/1221328/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
