The correspoding Debian bug #428011 was closed with 0.99.10. OTOH some people in this bug report claim to have problems with gutsy, which would contradict this. Steps to reproduce: 1. Set a low resolution, most likely with a height under 800 pixels. 2. Go to Edit - Edit Preferences (Ctrl + P) in gtkpod. Expected Results: Be able to edit preferences and save chages. Actual results: Changes can be made but not saved because Apply Cancel and OK buttons are hidden outside of the viewable area. ** Description changed: This happens using default Ubuntu 7.04 desktop environment (gnome). I used gtkpod at Debian Lenny. The preferences window is very big, but holding ALT and dragging it would solve the problem. However, on Ubuntu, the window can only be moved horizontally. There is no way to reach the buttons on the bottom of the window. I believe this is a bug in Metacity, not in gtkpod. This leads the program useless. I can confirm that this window is oversized in Gutsy as well; with resolution at 1024x768. The Apply, Cancel and Ok buttons are hidden below the bottom panel. Screenshot included. At least you can see the partial buttons. I can not even see them on my 1280x768 GNOME default Ubuntu desktop. Are you able to move the window? I am not able.
