Public bug reported: Please check the APN settings for Orange Jordan. I assume that Ubuntu Touch is trying to use the “mobile-broadband-provider-info" package, but it's not working. Screenshot of my setting on my mifi which works fine. Same settings also worked fine on my phone before installing Ubuntu Touch.
