Same thing happening to me. Particularly the experience of jerrylamos: quoteLauncher is hidden, when I mouse over the launcher appears where the black bar is, however when launcher hides again the desktop is not restored. Also, as in #5, sometimes there is a vertical sliver of the desktop at the extreme left then the vertical black bar then the desktop. /quote The exact same is happening to me. jerrylamos, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com /daily-live/current/ . I did look at bug #123428 mine is not like that in that the vertical bar is always there. Opening tabs doesn't fix it. Launcher is hidden, when I mouse over the launcher appears where the black bar is, however when launcher hides again the desktop is not restored. Also, as in #5, sometimes there is a vertical sliver of the desktop at the extreme left then the vertical black bar then the desktop. Never saw this in Beta 1 or any previous daily build of 13.10.
