I have this bug after installing a fresh 14.04. It happens in both my user which has old dot files from ubuntu 8.04 and 12.04. I see this bug in Trusty, and it doesn't seem like a dup of bug 1061037. In this bug, the icons are huge and blurry and overlapping.
