The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /libgnome-media-profiles/3.0.0-1ubuntu2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository. Arm64 builds are usually fixed by running dh_autoreconf or autotools-dev from the debian/rules file. Jackson, I think you addressed the wrong bug report.
