[Bug 124618] Re: powernowd
Closing as "Invalid", because the extra slash is not the problem. Please file a new bug report for each CPU / chipset you are experiencing this with. Please include the output of the following commands in the new bug report: sudo invoke-rc.d powernow.d restart dmesg | grep powernow You should also try the latest release / development version of Ubuntu, because it's likely to be kernel related, e.g. Nicolas problem is fixed in Gutsy: http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=3233172&postcount=12 . ** Changed in: powernowd (Ubuntu) Assignee: Jim Qode (jimqode) => dAniel hAhler (blueyed) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- powernowd https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/124618 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 124618] Re: powernowd
Changing to "Incomplete". There is no fix committed for it. The extra slash is not the problem here - as far as I can see. ** Changed in: powernowd (Ubuntu) Status: Fix Committed => Incomplete -- powernowd https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/124618 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 124618] Re: powernowd
Please delete Slash (line 83, row 43) in File /etc/init.d/powernowd.
