[Bug 124618] Re: powernowd

2008-01-02 Thread dAniel hAhler
Closing as "Invalid", because the extra slash is not the problem.
Please file a new bug report for each CPU / chipset you are experiencing this
with. Please include the output of the following commands in the new bug report:
sudo invoke-rc.d powernow.d restart
dmesg | grep powernow

You should also try the latest release / development version of Ubuntu,
because it's likely to be kernel related, e.g. Nicolas problem is fixed
in Gutsy: http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=3233172&postcount=12 .

[Bug 124618] Re: powernowd

2007-12-03 Thread dAniel hAhler
Changing to "Incomplete". There is no fix committed for it. The extra
slash is not the problem here - as far as I can see.

[Bug 124618] Re: powernowd

2007-10-16 Thread peter-ruppert.de
Konkret:
In der Zeile 83 der Datei /etc/init.d/powernowd ist in der Spalte 43 der
Schrägstrich zuviel. Deshalb wird beim Systemstart der Fehler 156 angezeigt und
keine grafische Benutzeroberfläche gestartet.

Please delete Slash (line 83, row 43) in File /etc/init.d/powernowd.
Thank YOU!
