There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test the current Ubuntu version (10.10). Yes this is still a problem in Jaunty. Turning screensaver off solves the problem. But that is like switching back to windows cause I like the start button to switch off my PC... Hope we can get a fix soon as it will make ubuntu greener for us, as now screensaver is switched off. Still have this in Intrepid, however it happens repeatedly (every X minutes depending on how screensaver is set). I've encountered this bug on gutsy as well. In my case I am running the client full screen, but despite the fact that I'm using the keyboard and mouse, the screen saver will come on and lock the screen after 10 minutes. It only seems to do this once, however.
