About the
Fontconfig error: /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-khmer.conf, line 14: out of memory
This simlink is disabled by default in Kubuntu 13.10. A workaround on
this problem should be
sudo chmod 644 /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-khmer.conf
