After using OpenVPN in a live environment and installing Ubuntu, the VPN
settings are saved after reboot into the newly installed system.

Trying to enable the VPN afterwards results in the error 
"Could not find VPN plugin service for 
'org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.openvpn'."
