Hey I've updated my first version a bit, so here is v2. Changed some values to match the hammerhead file Georg sent to the mailing list yesterday. I can't really reproduce the "distortion" in sound, except when you plug in headphones (the first thing played is distorted). There is also a bug, that when you plug in and out headphones after a call the sound is gone system wide. Chris (c.hu...@gmx.at) created a fix. It's not working 100% and sometimes sound crashes or it contains "vibrations", but the basics work! Here is his message from the mailing-list: Hey Here is my attempt to get sound working at hammerhead. The files are not final and i haven't tested everything, but they should be fine to get speaker, headphones and sound during calls working. Unpack the attached archive and copy the folder to "/usr/share/alsa/ucm/". Would be great if someone could test them and give me feedback. I also can confirm, sound is not working on hammerhead. Digging around a bit I did notice that the soundcard is being recognized at least, so maybe it's a config problem? I also seen that alsa is not starting the audio mixer.. I can confirm this bug. There is no sound around the hole system... no systemsound, no notifications etc. i can´t call somebody because the microphone and the speaker are without any fuction...
