Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use autotools-dev to update config.{guess,sub} for new arches.
Autoreconf is used in the build so there is no need for the delta any
more

- mandir $${prefix}/share/man
- C/CPP/LD flags uses exported build flags
