I can confirm this is also the case with Smart 0.54 in Hardy.
It seems to pick ONE of the repos found in /etc/apt/sources.list.d and ignore 
the rest.

Current smart version in Ubuntu Gutsy is old (0.50) and doesn't even start if I 
use APT repositories in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ folder :( - look at the

Maybe this bug is fixed in new smart version - 0.51 ? Look at bug
