Lubuntu 14.04: The problem isn't always there. But sometimes I see policykit, cgmanager, dbus-daemon, init, systemd-logind and NetworkManager eating up all CPU power. The desktop is almost unusabe. The problem remains for a long time after system start. server 12.04 the same issue. Polkitd process consuming all unassigned cpu time.
