Great, thanks for testing and confirming that for me. I'm adding the link to the upstream bug tracker to this report. There is not yet a fix upstream. Hi Mike, Those reports are correct. I guess I need to subscribe to that bug. What happens for me is that Octave GUI grays out and then it finally times out somehow, but then there are no links shown. Restarting it brings you back to the list of links, but it happens again if you click the link (at least the first one on the list). This happens if you have octave-doc and octave-htmldoc installed or not. Can you click through some of the links in the help browser to make sure it all works?
