I did a bunch of work on the server side and I think this issue is fixed now. I can confirm that the main issue is USC adding the wrong apt sources. I'm experiencing this issue as well. It can easily be reproduced on a new install of Ubuntu 14.04 and here's a video of what happens: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhw8sY0dVq8 This is a SEVERE issue. Hi Matthew, Thanks for your reply :) I always installed the game from USC.
