Whether it is a click package or not is irrelevant to it needing to be translated, and having a more descriptive Comment field, along with keywords (all of which should be translated as well). Friends is unlikely to become a click package any time soon (at least not without a complete re-write) because it has too many system-level components that require nasty system-y things in order to run.
