Thanks Michael. On Dec 20 Hardy Alpha2 should be released as well. If this bug isn't resolved when you test with the 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon release, can you also try testing with a Hardy Alpha2 or later release. Hardy Alpha2 should have a newer kernel, 2.6.24. Hardy Alpha 1 was unfortunately released with the same kernel as the 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon release, so it probably won't be helpful in terms of testing the kernel.
