Hello Joseph, Yes, I think this issue happened after an update/upgrade but I don't remember the kernel version. The problem first appear with Ubuntu 14.04. V4.7-rc7 is now installed on my computer and the bug is still present, same error message in Shotwell. Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
