[Bug 1380922] Re: Checksums Invalid for Precise Vagrant Images
These checksums _were_ correct at some point (for a previous version of the Vagrant images). However, we update the Vagrant images in place (so that we don't break existing Vagrant files). Our tooling was (incorrectly) assuming that the images would be in a new directory.
