[Bug 1382196] [NEW] Changing IP address for the region causes the cluster to ignore pserv.conf and endlessly respawn
Public bug reported: I installed MAAS 1.7 tip, and once the installation was done I changed the IP address of the region controller. The cluster controller of course can't connect to the region and that point, but because it continuously respawns it fills the log with entries of the type: 2014-10-16 21:24:18+0200 [Uninitialized] Region not available: An error occurred while connecting: 113: No route to host. (While requesting RPC info at http://10.155.15.7/MAAS/rpc/). 2014-10-16 21:24:18+0200 [Uninitialized] Region not available: An error occurred while connecting: 113: No route to host.
