Public bug reported:

The cursor disappears when scrolling a long input with a keyboard.

This can be replicated by the following steps:

1. Start gnome-calculator
2. Input numbers/characters until a scroll bar appears
3. Scroll with keyboard arrow keys to the beginning/end of the input

Result:
Cursor disappears. It however still moves along the input, but the input field 
is not updated to that position.

Expected behaviour:
Input can be scrolled using keyboard arrow keys
